The recipient will need to top up the water in this aqua pac and then rehome the flowers into a vase after 48 hours to be able to keep an eye on the water level. Flowers should always be displayed away from direct sunlight, heat and fruit.

If the recipient is not at home when we attempt delivery then we will phone the number provided then try nearby neighbours. Our driver will always post a delivery note through the door advising the recipient where their flowers have been left. 

NB: A £4.65 service fee is applied at the checkout by our website provider for hosting our online shop and procesing the transaction; we do not receive this fee.
