We would recommend that the lucky recipient places their bouquet in a clean vase with deep water along with the flower food provided. The water should then be replenished every 2 days to help keep the roses fresher for longer. Flowers should always be displayed away from direct sunlight, sources of heat and fruit.

If the recipient is not home when we attempt delivery, we will phone the number provided and also try nearby neighbours. Our driver will always post a delivery note through the door advising the recipient where flowers have been left.

NB: A £4.65 service fee is applied at checkout by our website provider for hosting our online shop and processing the transaction. We do not receive this fee.
