We advise that the recipient should add a small cup of water with flower food added (provided by us) on a daily basis to keep the flowers looking their best for longer. Flowers should be kept away from sources of heat, direct sunlight and fruit.

If the recipient is not home when we attempt delivery, we will phone the number provided and also try nearby neighbours. Our driver will always post a delivery note through the door advising the recipient where flowers have been left.
